Ingredients:
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 200 ml sweet lime juice
- Salt & black pepper according to taste
Method:
- Add the gelatin to ¼ cup sweet limejuice and warm it a little.
- When cool add the remaining juice and refrigerate it.
- Take it out after 15-20 minutes or when set. Add it to grated cucumber.
- Put this mixture in the empty peels of the sweet lime.
- Again refrigerate it.
- Serve chilled.

Ingredients:
• 2 onions medium sized
• 1 carrot
• 1 potato
• 6 to 7 French beans
• 2 medium sized tomatoes
• Cabbage ½ cup finely chopped
• 1 tej patta
• ½ cup boiled noodles
• 3 tsp boiled rajma
• Salt, black pepper to taste

Whole Wheat Fruit Galette

Ingredients:
For the dough
115 grams whole wheat flour
35 grams icing sugar
50 grams butter
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
½ beaten egg or 4 teaspoons milk
For the topping
300 grams sliced mixed fruits (strawberry, grapes, raspberrry, peach, pineapple).
3 tablespoons desired jam.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Title: Orange Yogurt Shake

Ingredients
3 teacup orange juice
2 teacup skim milk yogurt
10 teaspoons sugar
Lassi enlivened with sun-kissed oranges.
Preparation time: 10 minutes. No Cooking. Serves 5.
Blend the orange juice, yogurt, sugar and ice-cubes in a liquidizer.

1/2-pound flour
1/2-cup lukewarm water
pinch of salt and sugar
1/4 oz. dry yeast

1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder
2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander-cumin seed powder
4 kashmir chillies, roasted
2 pinches citric acid
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

Cottage Cheese and Dill Sandwich
Ingredients
12 slices brown bread, lightly buttered (3 teaspoons).
12 tablespoons grated low fat cottage cheese.
6 to 8 teaspoons chopped dill.
Dash of chopped green chilli.
